preB Data
The numbers behind preB.
ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It is a laboratory analysis that measures the total antioxidant power of foods — and preB's ORAC value is exceptional.
What is ORAC?
ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It is a laboratory analysis, developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and scientists at the National Institute on Aging, that measures the total antioxidant power of foods and other chemical substances.
Antioxidants are your body's defense against free radicals — unstable molecules that damage cells and are implicated in aging and disease. The higher the ORAC value of a food, the more powerful its antioxidant capacity. A diet rich in high-ORAC foods helps your body neutralize free radicals before they can do harm.
preB's ORAC value of 79.82 U/g measures its superior antioxidant capacity — the concentrated result of over 50 whole foods, fermented for six months to enhance and preserve their natural phytonutrients.

Testing every batch
Every batch of preB is tested throughout its six-month fermentation. Because fermentation is a living process, constant testing ensures that each batch reaches the exact concentration, pH, and nutrient profile that makes preB the world's pre-eminent prebiotic product.
